Zlatina Kushkieva has more than 18 years of business experience in Human resources management, Sales, Management consulting. She has worked for well-known multinational companies such as Procter & Gamble, Merck & Co, Deloitte Management Consulting, Adecco Group's Lee Hecht Harrison, Avon Cosmetics.
As a Regional and Country Human Resources manager, Zlatina has developed and implemented work-life balance strategy, program and benefits, and has led the design and execution of wellness programs. She has been transforming organizations, improving HR processes and practices, reorganising total rewards principles, developing new benefits, designing employee motivation and retention programs.
As a Management consultant, Zlatina has been working with CHROs, CEO, CFOs advising them on business strategy, improvement of operational processes. She has designed new HR strategies and processes, lead transformations and culture change in companies from the financial services, telecommunications and media, real estate, energy and resources, FMCG, IT and business process outsourcing industries.
She has lead the introduction of Innovation culture for 19 countries in Central Europe. Experienced training facilitator with more than 800 training hours delivered.
Zlatina is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; certified Senior Professional in Human Resources by the HR Certification Institute (USA); certified Career Coach; Business Administration graduate from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" (Bulgaria).
