Yoana Yordanova has more than 12 years in Sales, Marketing and HR consulting – 4 of them being part of the Adecco Group and since 2017 - the Founder and Managing partner of HRCP.
As a Senior Sales and Account Manager, Yoana has been responsible for a portfolio of top clients and revenue close to EUR 3,5 million. She participated in cross-country projects, global tenders and new business establishments in Bulgaria.
As a Managing Partner of HRCP since October 2017, she has been working on promoting the brand that stands for quality, personal approach and tailor-made solutions, creating sustainable relations with multinational and local market players, as well as building a qualified team of professionals, ensuring that HRCP clients receive the solutions they expect with higher-than-expected quality, so that they become long-term partners.
The wide HRCP service portfolio covers the whole lifecycle - starting with identifying a talent, through exploring its potential, enhancing it, and supporting any future transitions, whenever it is needed.
Yoana has a Bachelor degree in International Tourism and a Master degree in Project Management.
